Job Description
- Interact and provide assistance to walk-in clients, couriers, applicants and other guests.
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries before forwarding to concerned employees.
- Monitor and ensure that all samples for delivery are endorsed to logistic department.
- Responsible in issuance of Gate Pass with approval of supply chain manager.
- Ensures all client concerns are attended and accomplished.
- Back up to territory customer service if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
* Graduate of any 4 year course
* Can professionally handle phone inquiries from clients and placement of orders from customers.
* Preferably with experience in sales and customer service
* Smart, and goal-oriented
* Can work efficiently in a fast paced- business environment
* Computer literate; good communication skills
* Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
