Job Description

  • Conceptualize the broad goals of the school and translate these goals into plans consistent with the legal, organizational and community demands.
  • Provide administrative leadership in carrying out the goals and objectives of the school.
  • Attends to inquiries and off site meetings for the following accounts: corporate, schools, government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partner, local government units, organization and the community.
  • Communicate with government institution or private sectors regarding coffee / tea/ beverages and other related classes, events and activities.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking as needed with other schools & training centers.
  • Review MOA/ Contracts & Service Agreements for contractors, government and private sectors.
  • Market and promotes the school’s vision and mission in all external events and possible opportunities.
  • Develop instructional objectives and appropriate materials to meet the needs of the school programs.
  • Evaluate existing school programs and able to initiate improvements as needed
  • Manage and oversees daily activities of the school including building admin coordination, personnel administration and formulation or improvements of school policies.
  • Evaluates school staff and meet team KPI’s.
  • Provide activities which facilitates the professional growth of the school staff and enhance the quality of the instructional program.
  • Recommends budget and assist in the implementation of school programs.
  • Assist in the students orientation and registrations
  • Maintains and monitors all office / school records, forms and reports.
  • Coordinates with Head Office for administrative related concerns Maintain Inter-school and head office system communication and comply with established lines of authority.
  • Handles and monitors, Prof Fees for instructors and checks Management Requests Slip, Petty Cash requests and replenishments, liquidations and reimbursements.
  • Approves Purchase Orders and invoices as needed.
  • Review plotted classes and instructor’s schedule.
  • Set weekly meetings (every Wednesday) to discuss classes, events, personal concerns of employees and VOM (Virtue of the Month)
  • Prepares MOA to all special consultations and key clients.
  • Plans and recommends training for the staff for trainings and development. > plan and coordinate on professional development needs of the team
  • Participates in the school marketing events (ingress & egress) and provides support as needed.
  • Provides management support as required from time to time.
  • Maintains high integrity and strict confidentiality at all times

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration, Business Management, Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management, Industrial Psychology and other related fields of study.
  • Candidate must have exceptional written & verbal and presentation communications skills.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Business Development, Administration and Human Resource or equivalent
  • Experience in managing an educational institution, school or training center is an advantage
  • With strong organizational, leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work with multiple partners, influencers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Self–driven , goal-oriented, resourceful and works effectively under pressure
  • Deep passion with coffee is desirable.
  • Must be willing to work in San Juan, Santolan and Greenhills Area
  • Available to start immediately
