Job Description
- Submits product quotations to clients when required.
- In charge of disseminating company promos, price changes, new products launches and other announcements via phone.
- Make initial conversation and record contact information of prospect clients and endorse this information to the Salesperson in charge of the territory.
- Make/submit proposals to clients through email or fax especially if the Salesperson in charge is out of the office.
- Maintain hard copy or soft copy of all important client-related documents in individual client folders.
- Records all prospect inquiries received from website and other sources.
- Perform tele-marketing functions at least twice a week
- Help in implementation of all company-wide Brand plans.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently with less supervision.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 year course

Can professionally handle phone inquiries from clients and placement of orders from customers.

Preferably with experience in sales and customer service

Smart, and goal-oriented

Can work efficiently in a fast paced- business environment

Computer literate; good communication skills

Willing to work in Cebu
