Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests before providing accurate information about the company.
- Interact and provide assistance to walk-in or over the phone customers in the absence of the assigned sales person; support in terms of proposals, follow ups, setting of appointments, collection and machine and beverage demonstration.
- Ensures all client concerns are attended and accomplished.
- Execute telemarketing and prospecting in North Metro Manila.
- Monitor North Metro Manila and prospect client’s status from saturation and events.
- Assist in events and seminars that concerns customer service and selling.
- Conduct yearly customer survey every last quarter of the year.
- Inventory of stocks/items
- Conducts inventory and submits report to Accounting & Department Head
- Provides assistance to Sales during client demo
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Can professionally handle phone inquiries from clients and placement of orders from customers.
- Preferably with experience in sales and customer service
- Smart, and goal-oriented
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced- business environment
- Computer literate; good communication skills
- Willing to work in Metro Manila
