Job Description
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director for Risk & Reputation, under the ENGAGE Business Unit, the Manager for Risk & Reputation undertakes account servicing for clients requiring services related to public affairs and government relations. The person will handle Account Management and Client Servicing, Publicity and Media Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, and Crisis Communication. Crisis Management Experience and Government work experience is an advantage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Public Relations, Communication, Public Affairs, or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in communication field, with at least 1.5 years of stakeholder engagement (e.g. community relations, government liaison) experience
- Crisis management experience and government work experience is an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills

- Knowledge of advocacy or social development program management
