Job Description
The HR Director is the Employee Champion who promotes the welfare of employees and is Management’s Strategic Partner pursuing HR policies, practices and processes that align with organizational objectives.
This position sets the direction for the department and rallies the HR team to proactively cater to the “people needs” of the company in acquiring talents, employee satisfaction, discipline, engagement, learning and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology and/or Master Degree (or units) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Sociology or any related field.
- At least 5-years experience in the following:
- Recruitment (Screening, Interview, Candidate profiling)
- Development (Training design and facilitation, training program coordination/administration)
- Labor relations (Employee discipline, engagement events planning and implementation)
- HR Administration (Statutory/Company Benefits & Compensation administration, Development & Implementation of HR policy/ies
- Organizational Development
- Employee Engagement
- In depth understanding of the day-to-day operations of the Business Units to determine the right candidate profile for the job openings
- Project management to effectively direct and complete projects
