Job Description
- Creates content about virtual assistant work and online business
- Creates content that is optimized for search and social media traffic
- Proofreads and edit blog posts before publication
- Promotes content on social media
- Identifies clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensures all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Updates website content as needed
- Tests and updating our action plans
- Works with other writers
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
- At least 2 years of writing or blogging experience
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Portfolio of published articles
- Experience writing in conversational tone
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to meet deadlines
Preferred but not required: experience in social media management, customer support and other skills required for home-based work.
