Job Description
- The Responsibilities of your role are to
- Plan what the future of the business will look like in your country and the resources required to get there
- Help to raise the necessary funds to ensure that the country’s operations are solvent and has the resources to achieve its plans
- Execute the actions required to realise that future within the forecasted budget.
- Structure an efficient country organisation with the right tasks being done by the right people
- Motivate all team members in your country and build a team culture in line with the company values
- Create an environment of continuous learning and innovation
- Communicate with our customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders in your country to set the correct expectations
- Manage the business to meet profit, cash flow and ROI targets

Minimum Qualifications
- Desired experience: 8+ years in relevant industries; has led large teams; has led a startup; has grown a company 5x; or has worked with NGOs
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; local national (if required by law); understanding of local context and ability to plan accordingly
- Ability to understand financial statements & models
- Creative; solutions focused; results-oriented; data-driven
- Demonstrated passion for social causes
- Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
- An eye for great talent and the ability to unlock the potential of high performing teams
