Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for updating all Gov't and legal company documents such GIS, Business Permits, Licenses, and Insurances.
- Ensure compliance with Gov't regulations such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and DOLE.
- Administer HR function including payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Maintains and updates the database of employee information or 201 files.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and reports for the board meeting.
- Maintain the general office utilities, equipment, and facilities
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Business Administration or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proactive, meticulous, resourceful and can relate effectively with individuals from alllevels of the organization
