Job Description
- Assist with the following:
- Gather back-up support and preparing of Journal Entries.
- Prepare and validate month-end close schedules and analysis.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Unclaimed property escheatment activities.
- Research, apply, and refund unapplied payments.
- Assist in various system related projects, including but not limited to performing testing and documentation.
- Create and update process flow documentations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently a student of a Bachelor's/College degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics, or its equivalent.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications, including those which are proprietary.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
