Job Description
- Overall responsible for technical activities of the project and management of the site team
- Monitor construction activities to maintain system reliability
- Ensure that construction activities move according to a pre-determined schedule
- Accept material deliveries and track the material delivery status
- Provide professional customer service and timely response to inquiries
- Manage the quality control, safety, administration/finance, and logistics of the project by leading the team and monitoring their performances
- Solve the project problems and provide technical solutions for project personnel
- Coordinate with the head office to provide required resources on time including personnel, material, equipment, and project expenses
- Report to the head office the project progress, problems, and anticipated solutions and getting instructions for solutions of the problems
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil/structural engineering, electrical engineering, or construction management (electrical engineering preferred)
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in Transmission Line (min. 230 kV) or substation construction and site management is required
- Must have experience in the following:
- Conductor Stringing Tower & Foundation Construction
- Site Grading
- Sag-tension
- Stub template setting knowledge
- Reading steel fabrication drawings
- Must be willing to be assigned in Zambales
