Project Administrator  

Administrative Duties:

• Provides general support to assigned Endec Inc. construction project
• Prepare Purchase requests for procurement of materials needed on site
• Ensures that field staff has the necessary tools to perform construction management and inspection services
• Updates and maintains inventory for project equipment
• Coordinate and consolidates present projects status and report as needed based on management required schedule
• Managed day-to-day operations for all construction sites including but not limited to liaise between site personnel and head office for other operational requirements
• Point of Contact for General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Utility Providers, Consultants, Architects, Civil Engineers, Vendors, Operations Teams for Construction Projects
• Communicates and disseminates any update or important information between home office and site as needed

Contracts Management Duties:

• Assist in the documentation of construction contractor’s performance with regards to items relative to safety, quality schedule, and contract compliance
• Prepare contract-in-process payments
• Maintain current records of contractor progress payments
• Maintain contract drawings and other documents
• Maintain as built-drawings

• A graduate of BS Civil Engineering or other Construction Management/Administration Course is preferred
• At least 1 year of work-related experience
• Background on project management and/or construction is preferred
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
