Job Description
- Report directly to our CEO.
- Manage and handle company's brand or reputation.
- Develop and create marketing objectives and coordinate with the necessary department(s).
- Maintain brand consistency, uniformity, and brand development as needed.
- Develop plans and programs in order to drive profitable sales, brand awareness, and growth for a number of business area.
- Develop different brand strategies and achieve operating plan goals.
- Create, develop, and execute different brand management plans.
- Develop partner relationships and maintain long/continuity with suppliers and/or agency.
- Search customer insight data in order to refine/define brand management and strategies.
- Identify areas for brand-building.
- Create a consistent communication relative to areas of responsibility with the company and brand positioning.
- Execute and implement innovation strategies, media buying, and planning.
- Manage content management, designs, and directions for company's collateral, web, product packaging, and etc.
- Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
- Provide design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or any equivalent course.
- Proven track record in driving sales, brand growth, and consistency.
- At least 2 years of branding experience.
- Experience in creating and starting a zero product from scratch to full marketing.
- Extensive experience in branding or creating profitable brands.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal to no supervision.
- Can work long hours in a day including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail.
