Job Description
- Responsible for overall accounting/bookkeeping process.
- Records in Accounting Books of Accounts, using Quickbooks.
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliations.
- Updates and monitors the following:
- Customer & Vendor Subsidiary Ledgers
- Employee cash advances and liquidations
- Creditable withholding taxes deducted by the customers
- Loans & Interest Payments
- Affiliates Loans and Advances
- Prepaid Accounts
- Prepares Lapsing schedule for capital assets.
- Prepares of Journal Voucher of special transactions for the month.
- Prepares of Trial Balance, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Profit & Loss, and Statement of Changes in Equity.
- And other relevant tasks that maybe assigned by the management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in any Business Course related or Major in Finance, Accounting, Audit.
- Bookeeping experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Filling BIR Returns thru EFPS.
- Computer Literate preferably in Advance Excel.
- Knowledge in Quickbook Software.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
