Your job will be to make calls to Stores in the United States through an advanced auto-dialing program. You will introduce yourself, the company, our products, why our products are a good fit to their store, and end the call by capturing their personal (cellphone) number and their email. We will provide you with the script (what to say).
After each successful call, you will send a pre-written email from the program, to inform them of our prices and promotions.
It's very simple, this is all you need to do. Then you will follow up 1-3 days later by phone to close the sale
Minimum Qualifications
- EXCELLENT spoken and written English, PERFECT English understanding, and a NEUTRAL or AMERICAN accent when you speak English.
- Telemarketing/Telesales/BPO experience (2+ years)

- EXCELLENT at making sales
- Available to work from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM in your timezone (because of the USA Timezone difference. 2 AM to 10 AM (Philippines Timezone) = 10 AM to 6 PM (USA Timezone)
- If you have knowledge in electronic cigarettes and vaping, it is definitely better, but not mandatory
- High Speed, reliable, WIRED internet connection (no wi-fi/wireless) with at least 5 mbps speed and under 30ms ping (you can test using www.speedtest.net)
- A USB Headset with microphone (Headset that plugs directly in computer's USB). NO phone required.
- Computer with Windows 7 or higher
- Extremely high degree of discipline, since you will be working from home

- We'll also provide the cloud-based call center software. No installation required, simply log-in on the website and start work!
- Competitive Salary: Make 300$ (USD) per month stable income + 125$ to 500$ (USD) on EACH SALE!
- In PHP, Salary is approximately 15000 PHP per month + approx. 6200-25000 PHP on EACH SALE.
- Small Sale is 500$, Average sale is 1000$, Big sale is 2000$. Sales commission is 25% of total sale.
- If you can make at least 2 AVERAGE size sales per month, you will make 25% of 2000$ = 500$ in commission + 300$ (monthly salary) = 800$ per month! (almost 40 000 PHP).
- If you can make 4 AVERAGE size sales per month, you will make 1000$ in commission + 300$ monthly salary = 1300$ per month! (over 64 000 PHP)

You get 1 Hour PAID break per 8 hour work day. You can take 2x 15minute break + 30minute dinner or 1x 15minute + 45minute dinner or 1x 60minute dinner, and you will still be PAID for that hour.
