- Provide quality instruction to the students.
- Participate in curriculum development, research activities, and school functions.
- Prepare syllabus, workbooks, and test questions for the subject he/she is teaching.
- Act as proctors during examinations and must be well versed in the mechanics for accomplishing answer sheets to be able to guide the students properly.
- Submit class standing and grades on time.
- Attend to consultation with students and/or their parents.
- Keep class records and examination papers at least for one academic year for easy reference.
- Performs such other functions related to academic, co-curricular, extracurricular activities as assigned by the Dean.
Minimum Qualifications
- High of enthusiasm, self-confidence, and the willingness to mentor students;
- Good personality traits;
- High level of knowledge in the field of expertise: Tourism, Accountancy, Business Administration, Secondary Education, Elementary Education, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Communication Arts;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent verbal and communication ;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
