Job Description
- Server installation, Server troubleshooting, Server hardening
- Hardening documentation
- Server health check, Server monitoring
- Server patch installation, upgrade Virus pattern installation
- Server entry, exit, decom
- Server security permission setting
- Branch scanner troubleshooting
- Remote assistant
- Change implementation assistant
- Physical check all servers at DC and Server room
- Follow up to related party if any facility activities related server room
- Supporting Other Team / Project Task (if any): -Assist new hardware delivery from vendor; - Assist replacement any failure equipment in DC room with vendor
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network / System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Deep skills on Windows OS and AD for Win 2008, 2012 and 2016, Installation, troubleshooting, security hardening and performance tuning.
- Deep skills on Citrix for Installation, troubleshooting and security hardening.
- Deep skills on VM Ware for Installation and troubleshooting.
- Certifications in [Windows, Vmware, Citrix, SQL and ITIL/ITSM will be an advantage].
