Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Have degree in Business, Computing or related discipline from reputable University.
- Has minimum of 3 years experience in selling IT Services in corporate level.
- A proven track record of sales and sales management in the hardware and services industry is a definite advantage.
- Good network of executives especially in the Banking & Financial Services or other industry, like telecommunication or Oil & Gas Industry would be a distinct benefit.
- Have outstanding analytical, excellent communication, people skills, a problem solver and presentation skills.
- English proficiency, both in written and oral is a must.
- Willing to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Multitasking, hard worker, able to work in team oriented and client oriented environment.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
