Job Description
- Plan, manage, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand (people leader)
- Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Train and guide employees
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Project management skill
- Delivery Model
- Technical understanding
- Ability to understand financial statements
- Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems
- Problem solving
- Understanding of cross-cultural / global issues
- Business ethics.
- English must be fluent
