- Develop curriculum to support classroom training and alternative training.
- Facilitate training and training specifically for allied health care professionals.
- Integrate feedback from the training team on existing training curriculum for training improvements.
- Develop non-classroom training materials.
- Analyze course materials and learner information.
- Assure preparation of the instructional site.
- Manage the learning environment.
- Respond appropriately to learners needs for clarification or feedback.
- Provide positive reinforcement and motivational incentive.
- Use instructional methods appropriately.
- Use media effectively.
- Evaluates learner performance and delivery of instruction.
- Report evaluation information.
- Assess class and individual level of performance.
- Demonstrate patience with all types of learners.
- Coach participants one on one.
- Conduct pre and post training surveys where applicable.
- Work with Supervisors to address employee performance gaps.
- Participate in client interaction including effective curriculum feedback and client visits.
- Demonstrate individual performance and promote the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct in dealing with employees, vendors, customers and the community.
- Mentor trainers as instructed.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Passed the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination.
- Some experience in doing lectures and seminars.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective questioning skills and techniques.

Emergency Hospital Training Center is a private medical learning system that was established in October2015. The center primarily offers a variety of American Safety and Health Institute courses and certifications such as Basic Life SUpport (BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS), Emergency Medical First Aid (Basic and Advance), Emergency Medical Service (EMS-Advance and Basic)
EHTC is also the Philippines' training coordinator for International Trauma Life Support (ITLS).
