Job Description
- Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store
- Plan and supervise store operations and full time and part-time team members
- Provide excellent quality, service, product and cleanliness
- Enforce standard operating procedures
- Maintain a profitable and reputable store
- Oversee cheese tarts bakingand ensure that only consistent quality products are served
- Conduct regular evaluation on team members for continuous improvement
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures for product handling and preparation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Dedicated, committed and willingness to learn
- Possess an Eye for details
- Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability in managing multiple prioritiesin a fast- pace work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
