Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to educate them about our services.
- Answer questions about services or about the company.
- Initiates market research to identify market trends and target customers' preferences and analyzed their findings as it affects the business.
- Ensure brand presence in online and offline channels
- Review packaging & positioning of products and recommendations for improvement
- Keep records of all activities including calls, emails, and relevant information exchange.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle issues and formulate solutions to help customers with their needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.
- Make follow-ups on time
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Marketing Management, or any related course.
- With at least 3 years of work experience
- Experience in doing Partnerships for events
- Knowledge or background in Marketing Activations
- Experience working with Consumer-facing brands is a big plus
- Excellent Communications Skills (verbal & written)
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila & Calabarzon.
- Willing to do fieldwork if needed (i.e. events on weekdays/weekends)
