Job Description
The Service Coordinator will be the person in charge of attending to service-related concerns of our dealer network. He/She will be expected to work with the Sales / Operation / Service Department of the company in order to properly resolve concerns. The service coordinator must be able to actively listen to concerns, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain a healthy business relationship with our current and future business partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary liaison between the company and its primary customers (dealers).
- Maintains proper documentation of information presented for each service incident/concern
- Assesses judgment in analyzing information at hand and recommends a possible course of action to resolve a case
- Addresses concerns with prompt and concrete actions.
- Maintains a healthy business relationship with its customers by ensuring that all service cases are addressed in a smooth and timely manner.
- Keeps proper record files of all cases and generates monthly reports
- Reports all findings and recommendations to the Management team
- Field work may be required (as needed)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, other equivalent business courses OR Bachelor's Degree in Communications
- At least one (1) year experience as a Coordinator in a related field
- Experience in dealing with people / handling people.
- Experience in customer service / satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with basic business principles, sales and marketing strategies, and relationship management.
- Knowledgeable about the retail industry (particularly in the home appliances category).
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
- Excellent time management, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
