Job Description
- Manages and maintains a healthy relationship with our customers / dealers by delivering quality after-sales service for after-sales service concerns
- Ensures detailed coordination of information, schedules, and actions with our dealers, customers, technicians, and coordinators for any after-sales service related issue
- Updates all parties involved in a particular case ensuring that all information is properly presented in a clear and logical manner and is properly disseminated to everyone involved
- Identifies optimal solutions to customer concerns, and ensures prompt resolution to customer complaints and grievances
- Recommends strategies that can help improve current business practices to deliver an even higher level of customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course from a reputable university
- Experience of 1 year minimum in a related position
- Excellent communication, customer service, and coordination skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be patient, hardworking, and can work well under pressure
- Knowlegeable in using MS Office and basic email
