Job Description
The Marketing Assistant is primarily in charge of promoting and driving the sales of the Company’s products and services through innovative campaigns and initiatives applied to digital marketing, traditional media, and strategic partnerships with both current and potential business partners. The candidate will also be required to produce various marketing collateral in different forms of media that should help communicate the message that the brand is trying to convey.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the media and marketing department liaison for the Company
- Conceptualizes and implements catchy and strategic marketing campaigns and programs to help improve the brand’s image and reputation in the marketplace
- Designs attractive marketing collateral and POP material
- Manages the social / digital media accounts of the brand
- Collaborates with dealers for dealer-initiated marketing programs
- Coordinates project details with different departments / partners
- Negotiates quotations and costing proposals from suppliers
- Manages and monitors project schedules and timelines
- Supports other Sales & Marketing functions as the need arises
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Admin, Entrepreneurship or similar course.
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar field / industry is a plus.
- Must have a passion and flair for creativity
- Knowledge of basic photography and layouts
- Must be highly analytical and
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must have excellent communication and coordination skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to do fieldwork if needed
- Must be a team player and can work longer hours if needed
