Job Description
- Formulate and implement financial policies and procedures
- Track, analyze, report, and safeguard budgets along with Business Team for ongoing projects
- Analyze and assist in implementing better business procedures
- Control company expenses and spending
- Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes
- Work alongside shared finance team
- Work with Managing Director to implement business and HR strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Finance, Compliance, and Financial Audit
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Analytical mind
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Must have at least 2 years' relevant working experience
