Media Planner & Buyer  

Our Media Planner & Buyer will play an integral role in supporting the growth of Elevation Partners across our digital paid channels.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Work with Senior Digital Analyst to plan and execute paid strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Google Network and others.
• Prepare and implement day-to-day digital media plans and oversee campaign management with assigned accounts.
• Provide media planning recommendations and offers inventive problem-solving, both internally and externally, while maintaining a successful vendor, client and cross-department relationships.
• Develop strategically-proven media recommendations with supporting rationale.
• Lead buy stewardship, analyze campaigns, and recommend tactical changes to improve campaign performance.
• Assist in analysis of research to develop strategies and tactics.
• Responds to competitive requests.
• Researches and compiles competitive data.

• 2+ years of media planning experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong Powerpoint/ Keynote presentation skills - ability to build visual presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior knowledge and experience of the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of paid social, digital video, & basic programmatic
• Meticulous, organized, can handle and knows how to prioritize multiple tasks
• Willingness to collaborate on ideas that extend beyond media-specific tasks
• Self-starter, able to work both independently and in a team environment.
