Job Description
- Analyzes, monitors and reconciles accounting transactions and prepare schedules.
- To manage day-to-day accounting transaction to ensure that all necessary accounting deadlines are met.
- To maintain and reconcile cash or financial accounts.
- Prepares journal voucher entries for provisions and adjustments.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions including Intercompany accounts.
- Reconcile inventory count.
- Monitor and maintain CAPEX lapsing schedule.
- Record monthly provision for depreciation and amortization.
- Develop forms, templates and checklist to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the operation.
- Assist in month end closing.
- Performs other tasks related to the above enumeration that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- CPA Board Examination is an advantage
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): competency level in the use of MS Office, Accounting Software especially Quickbooks; oral and written communication skills; outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets; keen attention to details; ability to work under pressure
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting/ General Ledger or equivalent.
