Job Description
- Ensure on time and accurate collection of receivables.
- Follows up collection daily
- Updates aging of accounts receivable
- Records collections, credits and refunds in QuickBooks
- Coordinates with sales department regarding status of unpaid invoices of clients
- Coordinates billing discrepancy between client and Billing Officer
- Prepares collection report
- Files official receipts per invoice
- Prepares reminder and collection letter
- Maintains folders of fully billed and paid clients
- Pick up checks from clients (when needed)
- Other tasks as maybe assigned by immediate supervisor or department head
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office; oral & written communication skills; telephone skills; planning & organizing skills; interpersonal communication skills
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting/Accounts Receivable or equivalent.
