IT Database Administrator


Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance ( Replication, partitioning, routine maintenance, backup and restore), monitoring and optimization of all current and future database product
  • Troubleshoot and support existing database processes, deliver fixes and develop database technical plan, database and table sharding strategy, SQL statement tuning, and audit
  • Support daily operation by monitoring database utilization for running application, and provides data and information needs for enhancing database utilization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Computer related major
  • Experience Minimum 1 year in DBA
  • Familiar with MySQL, Postgresql or NoSQL database platforms and the latest database related open source software solution
  • Stong SQL development skills, demonstrated competence developing complex Strored Procedures, Functions, Tiggers and other Database Objects
  • Familiar with Linux environment and NGINX
