Student and Faculty Engagement Management

• Executes all departmental objectives as agreed by the management
• Create and implement a student and faculty engagement system and strategy
• Create mechanisms for internal and external evaluation of engagement initiatives
• Analyzes the satisfaction report of all current product, projects, and activities
• Overall in charge of the logistics and facilitation of all programs
• Updates and maintains the learning management system and integration with the CRM
• Leads the team in building and maintaining a network of subject matter experts
• Leads the team in coordinating with all current students regarding program details & requirements
• Identify potential community partners and build relationships
• Maintains the database of all community members
• Successfully integrate engagement work into the different departments
• Determines strategy to distribute information to the community through multiple channels
• Supports the sales team to hit the monthly targets
• Co-creates innovations with the Product and Innovation team

Team Management

• Improves processes within and among the teams
• Creates the capacity plan for the team
• Oversees of the welfare of his team members
• Ensures compliance of the team members to company rules and team regulations
• Conducts monthly productivity and quarterly performance evaluation
• Approves HR forms of direct reports
• Creates the career roadmap of for all team members

• Must have at least 2 years experience in designing, developing and executing community engagement plans or equivalent
• Strong team management and development skills
• Strong in strategy formulation and implementation. Process-oriented and must be highly good in critical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent operations and project management skills
• Aptitude/open to learning digital marketing and other innovative concepts
• Open to work 1-2 Saturdays in a month
