Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager plays a key role in achieving the company’s sales and revenue targets by developing and executing strategies in selling digital marketing and business courses to acquired corporate leads.
The vision of Corporate Sales is for CDM to become the learning partner of organizations. In this regard, the Corporate Sales is expected to build and nurture relationships with current leads to eventually upgrade them to a more extensive program or corporate program. The position will also require prospecting new leads through social networking, on ground activation, and other marketing efforts.
This position may eventually require managing a team.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation
- Constantly monitors KPIs, supporting data, to derive actionable insights
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Playbook design and implementation
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
- Develops and owns CRM strategy. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensures appropriate, accurate sales targets are established
- Ensures proper reports are generated in a timely manner
Team Management and Development
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales associates
- Designs all key sales functions such as sales reporting, sales incentive/rewards plans, quotas, operating budgets and territory deployment.
- Designs Incentive and Annual Rewards/Recognition Programs
- Design compensation plans and programs
- Provides leadership and support to direct and/or indirect report(s) relative to the progress of work, resolution of problems, and assurance that standards for quality and quantity of work are met.
- Design proper regulatory procedures and work instructions
Perform other tasks that may be required by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Hungry for revenues. Must have proven track record in reaching sales targets and other related KPIs.
- Excellent team management and development skills. Innate motivator, someone who can rally the team in reaching targets.
- Excellent in strategy formulation and implementation. Process-oriented and must be highly good in critical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude/open to learning digital marketing and other innovative concepts.
- Start-up mindset: creative, problem-solving, and proactive in a fast changing environment.
- Highly collaborative: can work with multiple teams specifically, marketing, product, community accounting, and HR.
