Job Description
Future Proof is a new breed of events + media company committed to a singular goal: making organizations future-proof. We partner with industry associations, publishers, and private organizations, to design, direct, deliver learning events focused on innovation.
From webinars to roundtable discussions, podcasts to 2,000-seater conferences, we bring innovative ideas to any screen and any stage.
- Initiate ticket sales for Future Proof's events, whether via phone or email
- Follow-through the leads by sending more information about the event.
- Sends Billing Statement to Hot leads
- Records leads and sales in Account Registration Form and Consolidated Sales Report
- Send daily productivity report
Time requirements:
- One day face-to-face briefing on the Sales Process
- At least once a week appearance at the Future Proof office to align with the Marketing & Sales Director
- Calls can be done remotely, but with option to be done with the Future Proof team
- Daily inputting of lead / sales activity via a shared Google Docs form
- Available via Online Chat and call during office hours, in case the Marketing & Sales Director would have clarifications
- Complete the day’s requirements (Number of connected calls, Emails, and responses)
