Job Description

The HR and Office Management Associate is a generalist role and is responsible for providing support in the various areas of human resources, which include recruitment, performance management, employee relations and compensation and benefits. He/She is also responsible for ensuring delivery of office services particularly in the areas of asset management, purchasing and office maintenance.
General HR
- Recruitment and Hiring.
- Handles recruitment of Associate level positions.
- Determines effective sourcing mediums.
- Onboarding.
- Prepares job offer and pre-employment requirements list, employment agreement, and other new hire materials.
- Timekeeping.
- Updates time records and prepares timekeeping report for payroll.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Processes statutory contributions and loans and enrollment in HMO coverage.
- Performance Management.
- Monitors submission of productivity and performance evaluation reports.
- Double checks computation of performance bonus.
- Employee Relations
- Spearheads implementation of employee relations activities, works with events committee for activity preparation and evaluation
- Enforces discipline and handles due process implementation
- Offboarding.
- Handles routing of clearance and other offboarding materials.
Office Management
- Asset Inventory.
- Conducts quarterly inventory of office equipment.
- Checks if the items are in good condition.
- Recommends replacement or disposal if needed.
- Office Maintenance.
- Maintains good office condition.
- Arrange necessary repairs with the the Utility/Messenger and/or external service providers.
- Purchasing.
- Sources suppliers and service providers for office service as needed.
- Manages contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
Minimum Qualifications
- Collegiate degree.
- At least 1 year experience in general HR.
- Good planning, organizational, and decision making skills.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Resourceful and resilient.
- Service oriented.
- Tactful and discreet when dealing with people and confidential information.
