Events Associate  

Future Proof, a division of ELearning Edge Inc., is looking for a versatile Event Marketing Associate to ensure that our events are meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

Future Proof is a new breed of events + media company committed to a singular goal: making organizations future-proof. We partner with industry associations, publishers, and private organizations, to design, direct, deliver learning events focused on innovation.

From webinars to roundtable discussions, podcasts to 2,000-seater conferences, we bring innovative ideas to any screen and any stage.

Event Planning and Coordination

• Ensures that event timelines and budgets are met.
• Provides logistical and operations support for events – pre, during, and post.
  • This includes attending pre-production meetings, briefings of sponsors and exhibitors, managing event volunteers and post-event processing.
• Coordinates with internal and external partners of Future Proof, including Sponsors, Exhibitors Production / Activations, Speakers, and other suppliers, to ensure successful event delivery.
• Manages purchase orders and expenses
• Maintains internal document and relevant trackers for events.
• Provides technical support for online events, including webinar.

Marketing Support

• Supports the production of online and offline marketing initiatives. This includes but not limited to social media campaigns, email newsletters, and direct mailers.
• Tracks and reports campaigns.
