Job Description
The position will be providing direct technical support, to include
- PC and network troubleshooting
- System installation
- Minor repair to hardware, software and peripheral equipment
- Providing recommendation for purchase and maintenance of hardware and software requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year experience in operating system installation, setup and PC and network troubleshooting. Must also be well-versed in handling MS Office and Mac.
- Quick to learn, can easily grasp guides and tutorials
- Can work independently or with minimal supervision
- With sense of urgency
- Willing to work part-time, to report to the office 1-2x a week
