Job Description
- Performs general and day to day cleaning of the work areas, pantry, and conference room.
- Regularly purchases pantry, cleaning materials, and office supplies as needed, with the approval of the Manager – HR and Office Management.
- Conducts regular checks working condition of office furniture, fixtures and other equipment commonly used by employees, immediately reports to Manager – HR and Office Management the items that need repair.
- Assists in inventory, such as asset tagging.
- Performs messenger and collection duties, such as cashing checks, depositing payments, and collecting payments from clients.
- Confirms delivery requirements and prior to dispatch and make sure that requirements are met.
- Reports transaction concerns immediately to the requestor.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2nd year college graduate or vocational course graduate.
- 1 year experience in office maintenance and/ or messengerial work.
- Computer literate.
- Average English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Has the following traits:
- Proactive.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Quick to get instructions.
- Resourceful, and trustworthy.
