Job Description

The HR and Office Management Associate is a generalist role and is tasked to handle the following:
- Recruitment & Selection - sourcing up to onboarding of new hires.
- Timekeeping and Payroll- enrollment in biometrics , processing of time records and payroll processing.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration - processing of statutory benefits including payment and reporting of contributions and enrollment of HMO.
- Employee Relations- planning up to execution of employee relations actities and discipline.
- Office Management - processing of office supplies requirements, asset inventory and tagging, office permits and licenses processing and collation of accreditation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 1-year experience in all facets of HR.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
