Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
Brand Strategy
- Create a marketing plan with an omnichannel approach
- Create strategies and manage content in the following leased media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and granted media (SMS, Email and Organic Search)
- Develop product positioning and communication that differentiates these current products in the market
- Ensure that all communication is consistent and relevant to the target audience with clear call to action
- Formulate and implement a CRM strategy with the Sales Manager
- Manage the CRM Platform along with the Sales Operations Associate.
- Develop and maintain the CDM website through 3rd party vendors and agencies
- Implement marketing partnerships agreements closed by the Strategic Partnership specialists
Sales Enablement
- Communicate the value proposition and details of the products to the sales team
- Develop the sales materials that support the selling process of these products
Product Launch
- Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
Market Intelligence
- Be the expert on your consumers - buying criteria, behavior, interest, buying power
- Responsible for tracking comprehensive brand performance to capture learnings or provide course correction plan
- Create a competitive analysis
Lead Generation
- Develop the strategy and manage the inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that drive demand for your products
- Monitor efficiencies and continuously optimize the campaigns to generate more leads and lower CPQL
- Innovate with new platforms that would increase effectivity and efficiency
Team & Project Management
- Provide cross functional project team leadership across brand plan initiatives
- Communicate clear project objectives and engage core team to deliver.
- Ensure that key project stakeholders are aligned with goals and embrace change.
- Improves processes within and among the teams
- Creates the capacity plan for the team
- Oversees of the welfare of his team members
- Ensures compliance of the team members to company rules and team regulations
- Conducts monthly productivity and quarterly performance evaluation
- Approves HR forms of direct reports
- Creates the career roadmap of for all team members
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years work experience in digital marketing and brand management
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Must have experience in managing and developing a team
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Strong business acumen
