Job Description
- Determine cost estimations, complete budget and project schedules
- Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawing and plans
- Oversee the design and building of construction project
- Assess different documents relating to construction projects
- Lead, direct and collaborate with the construction teams
- Assess completed projects to ensure all guidelines and specifications are met
- Performed as-built measurements of the building
- Prepared gantt charts for construction schedule
- Created presentations showing the progress of building construction
- Provided cost estimation for a housing project
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must be a Team player
• Must have an experience conducting Structural analysis
• Preferred have 1 to 3 years related work experience
