Job Description
- Answer Telephone, and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Arranges conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for department personnel.
- Coordinate and collect financial transaction documents needed by the Vice – President
- Report to to the Vice – President or Immediate Supervisor.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Mail transmittal of information and documents.
- Submit Daily Accomplishment report to the Vice - President
- Performs other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Technology
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
