Job Description
Warehouse Supervisors are generally responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, planning, coordinating and delivering items. In addition, they are responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferably Male
- With 3-year experience in warehouse operation and supervising a team.
- Proficient in computerized inventory and tracking systems,
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- With excellent communication skills
- Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and directing the entire Warehouse and Logistics operations
- Ensures security of all items received at the warehouse whether stock controlled or not; checks and monitors proper maintenance of stock cards.
- Monitor the attendance and assignments of all Warehouse Personnel and evaluating and auditing their performance.
