Job Description
- Lead finance team in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial results.
- Ensure the financial books and records are maintained accurately and timely.
- Present monthly financial reports in accordance to US GAAP, as well as corporate requirements.
- Ensure all monthly financial reporting timelines are met and supporting schedules are prepared.
- Collaborate closely with Collection team to improve collection and reduce aged Accounts Receivable or bad debts.
- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Regularly interact across functional areas with Senior Management or Executives to ensure local objectives are met.
- Lead annual budgeting process, working with all functional groups to compile and communicate budgets and targets.
- Lead the development of the quarterly forecast and work with all functional groups to compile and communicate forecast and targets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Finance and Accounting operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Flexible, organized, has keen attention to details, and goal oriented.
- Willing to work in Ortigas.
