Job Description
- Lead, motivate, and train the Management Team.
- Oversee the marketing of existing products and the planning of new phases and subdivisions.
- Direct the evaluation and recommendation on land expansion areas within Cebu and other provinces in Visayas.
- Supervise the management of the construction and development of various real estate products.
- Oversee the documentation and collection of the sales proceeds of various real estate products.
- Administer land development facilities prior to turn-over to the homeowners' association.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- At least 10 years of experience in managing real estate property operations (subdivisions or residential properties).
- Extensive background in Facilities Management, Project Management, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Flexible, has keen attention to details, and goal-oriented.
- Willing to work in Cebu.
