Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Business course
- With at least 3 years of supervisory experience in sales, preferably gained from the FMCG industry
- With a proven record of accomplishments in planning and leading comprehensive sales strategies
- Must have excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Must have the ability to take initiative and to develop and seek out creative and innovative ideas
- Must be willing to travel to and from South Luzon and work in Makati
