Job Description
- Responsible for assuring that the organization has the administrative support necessary to conduct its business
- Responsible for reception, employee locker, common areas, canteen, and building facilities management
- Ensures effective implementation of the company’s Health and Safety Programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- Must have at least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably gained from a manufacturing set-up
- Must have proven knowledge of business and management principles, such as budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, etc.
- Knowledgeable in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
- Must have strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
- Willing to work in Batangas
