Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any equivalent course
  • Must have at least 5 years of sales and account management experience handling key accounts gained from the FMCG/ consumer goods industry
  • Must have strong background in managing trade marketing activities, sales forecasting, budget planning, and distribution managemen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Willing to travel and be assigned to work in Makati;
Job Description
  • Provide leadership, supervision of the Region’s sales force through field visits, coaching employee for an effective implementation of Trade Marketing Activities and achieving sales targets.

  • Formulate strategies that will build Region's sales operation and its efficiencies

  • Monitors effective implementation of all Trade Marketing Activities

  • Provide sales management timely feedback on various business developments and competitors activities

  • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
