Job Description
- Direct and oversee maintenance planning and implementation of its related activities. He/She will also provide technical expertise in machine maintenance and improvement.
- Lead on activities related to machine troubleshooting and process improvements
- Coordinate with machine suppliers and other contractors for services of the Company's machinery and equipment
- Handle adherence to Government and other regulatory requirements on Safety, Health, and Environment
- Monitor the performance of team and staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing the Engineering Department of a manufacturing facility gained from the FMCG/ Food Manufacturing industry
- Must have a strong background in Department Budgeting, Monitoring, and Control
- Must have excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City;
