Job Description
The successful candidate will be directly hired by a Realty company and is responsible for:
- Supervision of the manpower on site.
- Handling and monitoring of the progress of the whole project located in Muntinlupa City.
- Reporting directly to the Office Manager and the Owner.
The successful candidate will be reporting in the office in Makati.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage;
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the field;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
