Job Description
- Manage construction projects such as new office fit-out and renovations
- Update fit-out standards and construction management guidelines
- Supervise facilities management activities
- Approve technical plans, design, and materials specification
- Administer operations of Facilities Managment
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Construction or Project Management;
- Must have extensive experience in Facilities Management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig;
